Disclosed are a nanoresonance apparatus and a method for same, including at least one protruding portion on a gate electrode or a nanowire. The nanoresonance apparatus includes at least one gate electrode configured to generate a magnetic field; at least one protruding portion connecting a source electrode to a drain electrode and formed in a direction of the gate electrode; and a nanowire configured to resonate according to the magnetic field.
