The present invention provides an apparatus for arranging corrugated cardboards for a packing box forwards and backwards, which is configured to smoothly perform operations of laminating printed paper by a laminating machine, repeatedly turning the top and bottom surfaces of a corrugated cardboard inside out such that the corrugated cardboard cannot be bent in one direction, and loading the corrugated cardboard on a pallet, in a process of manufacturing corrugated cardboards used to produce a packing box. The apparatus of the present invention comprises: a transfer unit in which a push rod with a roller is arranged on an LM guide to be lifted in order to convey corrugated cardboards to a lifting unit when a predetermined number of corrugated cardboards with printed paper laminated thereon are stacked; the lifting unit which includes a dual rack gear to be unshakenly rotated forwards and backwards while supplying the corrugated cardboards supplied from the transfer unit to a loading unit provided in an upper part; a chain conveyor which includes protruding pieces to supply a pallet to the right position in order to receive the corrugated cardboards from the loading unit and load the corrugated cardboards; and the loading unit which includes supporting pieces at right and left sides to prevent even a long corrugated cardboard from bending. According to the present invention, the lifting of the push rod is performed by the LM guide, thereby securing the stability of the lifting. When the push rod returns to the right position by the roller provided in the upper part, friction with the corrugated cardboard can be reduced, thereby preventing damage to the corrugated cardboard. The shaking of the lifting unit can be prevented by the rack gears provided on the top and bottom of a pinion gear when the lifting unit is rotated forwards and backwards to repeatedly turn the top and bottom surfaces of the corrugated cardboard inside out. The protruding pieces provided at the right and left sides of the chain conveyor cause the pallet to be supplied to the right position. The supporting pieces of the loading unit prevent a long corrugated cardboard from bending. |
