摘要 The present invention relates to an apparatus and method for manufacturing a spiral condenser which can bend a refrigerant tube for the condenser in a continuous spiral shape of Archimedes. The apparatus includes a first conical jig formed with a guide groove in a spiral shape of Archimedes from a top to a bottom of the surface; first and second fixing members fixing a refrigerant tube at one end of the guide groove at an upper portion of the first jig and at the other end of the guide groove at a lower portion of the first jig; and a robot guiding the refrigerant tube continuously fed to be inserted into the guide groove along the guide groove. Therefore, the wanted shape of the refrigerant is obtained by inserting the refrigerant tube on the surface of the conical jig along the guide groove formed in the spiral shape of Archimedes, and the refrigerant tubes formed in the spiral shape of Archimedes are continuously made at both sides to form a symmetric structure in a vertical direction. A heat radiation plate is interposed between the adjacent refrigerant tubes in a flow direction of air. The manufacture thereof is simplified.
