The present invention relates to a heat exchanger for an anchovy boiling apparatus which prevents a side wall of a circulation flow path from being broken by the heat supplied from a burner. Specifically, the present invention relates to the heat exchanger for the anchovy boiling apparatus which prevents an overheating of a separating wall induced when both a combustion chamber and the circulation path simultaneously use a wall by interconnecting only the circulation paths and by separating ends of the circulation paths toward the burner from the combustion chamber. Connected to each other are the circulation paths that circulate and discharge combustion heat and combustion gas by traveling back and forth in a longitudinal direction of the combustion chamber based on the combustion chamber. |
