The present invention relates to a touch pen functioning as an antenna and a portable terminal including the same. The touch pen according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a first body formed in a cylindrical hollow shape; a pen point which is coupled to one end of the first body; a hollow second body which is coupled to the other end of the first body and has a protruding pen-out part on the side; and a first antenna core inserted into the first body and the second body to be drawn out.
