The present invention suggests the arrangement of locking members adjusted by a handle and coupled to each other to fix a door on a frame in a device for preventing the impact of a door or hatch assembly in a naval ship. In this case, the frame comprises two locking strips as locking members oppositely continued from the longitudinal side surfaces. The locking members are received in the corresponding grooves of a door frame. The fixed locking strip inserted in a groove of the door frame when the door moves to be closed is arranged on the side surface of the door pivotally connected to the frame. The locking strip adjusted on the frame is guided on the opposite side surface. For locking, the locking strip is inserted in the groove of the door frame by adjustment members at the closed position of the door.
