PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire reducing vehicle traveling noise accompanying air column resonance, by suppressing that a stone and the like on a road surface is caught in a groove of a tread. SOLUTION: A vertical groove portion 33 of a resonance groove 31 is composed of a pair of side wall surfaces 42, 42 extending from the tread surface 5a in a tire diameter inward direction and disposed at a predetermined interval in a tire width direction, and a bottom wall surface 43 connecting ends on diameter inner sides of the side wall surfaces 42, 42. Near the tread surface 5a on the side wall surface 42 of the vertical groove 33, a plurality of protrusions 40, 41 extending in the tire width direction so as to block the opening 36 of the vertical groove 33 is formed in a tire circumferential direction.
