The display device includes a display panel; a support bracket for supporting the back surface of a display panel; a source PCB which transfers an image signal to the display panel; a source cover which protects the source PCB in the back surface of the support bracket; a spacer which is prepared to allow the source cover to have a gap with regard to the support bracket; and a speaker which is prepared on the source cover.
