PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid conveyance device capable of suppressing energy needed to convey a liquid low and a lubrication device for a speed change gear capable of suppressing energy loss of the speed change gear.SOLUTION: A liquid conveyance device 10 includes: a main pipe 42 forming a conveyance path for conveying a liquid Lc to be conveyed; a pair of check valves 46, 48 which are arranged in series in the main pipe 42; a branch pipe 50 which is connected between the pair of check valves 46, 48 in the main pipe 42, at least a part on a side of connection with the main pipe 42 being filled with the liquid Lc to be conveyed; and a vibration flow generation part 52 which is provided on the opposite side of the branch pipe 50 from the side of connection with the main pipe 42, and generates a vibration flow of the liquid Lc to be conveyed in the branch pipe 50 by using ineffective energy generated by an applied vehicle.
