A clamp assembly (110) engages a cutting insert (108), and includes a diverter plate (116) that includes a bottom surface, an integral boss containing a central boss bore, and an interior passage, where the boss bore is in communication with the interior passage. The pin bore opens to the boss bore, so that coolant e.g. petroleum oil, flows into the boss bore and to the interior passage. |
