<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal for inputting selection signals from outside for changing a control parameter according to the number of magnetic poles of the rotor through a motor control device.SOLUTION: A motor control device 20 controls to drive a motor 10. The motor control device 20 operates according to a system clock generated by a system clock generator 70. The motor 10 outputs speed pulses according to the number of poles of magnets constituting a rotor of the motor 10. The speed pulses are generated, for example, by a magnetic pole detector of the rotor located at a fixed position within the motor. When the magnetic pole detector detects the N pole, the magnetic pole detector outputs High; when the S pole is detected, Low is output. The speed pulses are generated by utilizing the changes of the detected magnetic poles with a period in proportion to the rotation speed as the rotor rotates.</p> |
