The invention specifies a switchgear cabinet (1a..1f) with a substantially cuboidal outer contour which comprises a frame which is formed in said cuboid and has a plurality of frame profiles (1..12, 16, 17). The switchgear cabinet (1a..1f) further comprises a busbar (13) which runs within the frame to form at least one first cuboid face (A) which is delimited by first cuboid edges. In the presented switchgear cabinet (1a..1f), there is at least one first cuboid edge (C) from which all of the frame profiles (1..12, 16, 17) are at least partially transversely spaced apart.
