An online advertisement system and an online advertisement method are disclosed. An online advertisement system, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a first client for providing advertisement content; a server for receiving the advertisement content and storing the received advertisement content; and a second client for providing image content to the server and selecting advertisement content to be combined with the image content, wherein the server generates merged content in which the advertisement content is merged with the image content and provides the merged content to a third client, and when the third client clicks a predetermined region in the merged content, the merged content is converted to the advertisement content.
