<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that an analyzer suitable for analysis of an innovation process is not suggested.SOLUTION: A certain patent publication text is described as context (one problem solution scenario) consisting of a technical issue, solution, and elements of an operation and an effect at a certain point of time. Consequently, there is provided an innovation capability analyzer (system) suitable for analysis of an innovation process characterized by displaying a patent classification such as, for example, an F term on a predetermined time axis (called as a technical orbit) as integration of the time series number of technical knowledge characteristics (called as innovation analysis concepts) by definition of a logical function by combination of any one or more technical elements of three kinds of the quantized (0.1) technical issue, the solution, the operation and effect.</p> |
