PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chip for analysis or the like which is excellent in rapidity while taking advantage of a culture method by a method in accordance with the culture method.SOLUTION: A passage (a droplet holding part) 25 for analysis is a passage having an inner diameter which is set so that only one fine individual of an analysis object can simultaneously pass therethrough. In a nozzle part (a droplet generation part) 24, by injecting a sample liquid obtained by mixing the fine individual and a culture liquid of the fine individual into the passage 25 for analysis and then injecting a separate liquid into a fine passage by making the injected sample liquid so as to be sandwiched, in the passage 25 for analysis, a plurality of droplets of the sample liquid are generated in which one fine individual is contained or no fine individual is contained at all.
