PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal capable of easily identifying the position of a locator.SOLUTION: A portable terminal 100 includes: a radio section 130 that receives radio signals transmitted from a locator; an RSSI detection section 150 that measures the strength of the received radio signal; a distance information determination section 211 that determines a distance information representing the level of the distance between the radio section 130 and the locator based on the measured signal strength; and a notification section 240 that outputs the determined distance information.
