<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply necessary amount of lubricating oil to a contact part.SOLUTION: A continuously variable transmission includes a shaft 60, first and second rotating members 10, 20, a sun roller 30, a carrier 40, a plurality of planetary balls 50 and tilting force application parts 46 for changing a transmission ratio between input and output by tilting each planetary ball 50. The sun roller 30 includes: a first rotating body 31 having first contact parts P3 with the respective planetary balls 50; a second rotating body 32 enabling circumferential relative rotation to the first rotating body 31 and having second contact parts P4 with the respective planetary balls 50; a clearance S between the first rotating body 31 and the second rotating body 32 to which lubricating oil is supplied; and openings facing contact auxiliary parts of the first and second rotating members 10, 20 with the planetary balls 50 or facing portions near the contact auxiliary portions. Lubrication oil passages 34, 35 for communicating the openings with the clearance S are installed.</p> |
