An interleaved LLC current equalizing converter comprises: an interleaved LLC circuit composed of even numbers of LLC circuits (401) connected in parallel, and plurality of windings (403) with the same number as the LLC circuits. A first output terminal (408) is composed of the first polarity terminal (407) of the output direct current side of each of LLC circuits. A second output terminal (410) is composed of the first terminal (409) of each of windings. The first half numbers of windings surround a magnetic core (404) in a first direction. The second half numbers of windings surround the magnetic core in a second direction. The inductance values of windings are equal. The first half numbers of windings are coupled with the second half numbers of windings in opposite direction. The second polarity terminal (411) of the output direct current side of each of LLC circuits is connected with the second terminal (412) of one winding.
