The present invention relates to the art of instrumentation, and more particularly to optoelectronic systems, and makes it possible to increase the quality of images produced. The proposed system for producing animated images comprises a complex of remote, mosaically arranged means for producing images, which provides the widest possible field of view, and also a complex of means for transferring and processing images in order to produce a single image from a combination of said images. At least one personal portable user means enables the display of said single image and includes location detection means.
