<p>A solid or gel surfactant composition suitable for hard surface cleaning, washing clothes and dishes, and which can be employed for household, institutional and/or industrial applications, composed by a) nonionic surfactants in the range of 1 to 50 % by weight b) a cationic surfactant or association of cationic surfactants in the range of 20 to 50 % by weight and c) optionally amphoteric surfactants.</p>
