A set value input device, comprising: a display means (106) in which a set value input screen (201) having at least one set value input area (201a - 201m) can be displayed; a touch detection means (101); a first input means (401) which is displayed when the touch detection means (101) detects the set value input area (201a - 201m) is touched and which is to input a set value in the set value input area; a judging means (101) for judging, whether a second input means (300) is in an enabled state or in a disabled state, the second input means (300) being operable of the screen (201), and inputting a set value when the set value input area is selected; and a control means (101) which disables the first input means (401), makes one of the set value input areas selected if the second input means (300) is enabled, and which makes all the set value input areas non-selected if the second input means (300) is disabled.
