The present invention relates to an exercise apparatus for training various kinds of muscles. The exercise apparatus comprises: a main body comprising a vertical frame and a horizontal frame; a first frame capable of rotating around the top end of the vertical frame; a first roller prepared inside of the vertical frame corresponding to the bottom end of the first frame; a second roller prepared in the portion where the vertical and horizontal frames are touching each other; an elastic first wire connected to the bottom ends of the first and vertical frames through the first and second rollers; and a saddle part formed on the top end of the horizontal frame in a board shape. The exercise apparatus has an effect of training various muscles including legs, arms, chest etc. |
