<p>A garment comprising a sheet of waterproof material connected at its upper edge to a belt (1) capable of being fastened around a wearers waist with clips (3 and 5) at its lower edge that allow the material to be wrapped around the wearers legs to provide a waterproof seat capable of being rolled up when not in use and secured by way of clips (4 and 2(fig 2)) attached to the belt.</p> |
