A method for forming a fiber-reinforced composite according to the present invention includes a lamination step of arranging a flow mesh for securing the flow of a resin between a lower fiber layer consisting of at least one fiber layer and an upper fiber layer; a preparatory molding step of mounting the laminated fiber layers and the flow mesh in an upper preparatory mold and a lower preparatory mold, and molding to have a shape corresponding to a mold by pressurizing and heating; and a molding step of mounting the preparatively molded fiber layers and flow mesh in the mold, and molding a fiber reinforced composite by sealing the mold with a vacuum vinyl bag and impregnating the resin into fiber layers using the vacuum status.
