The present invention relates to dimethoxyphenyldihydropyrazolylnaphthalenol derivatives, a method for manufacturing the same, and the use thereof as an anti-cancer agent and, more specifically, to a pharmaceutical composition for anti-cancer agent, which has an effect of inhibiting progression of G1 cell cycle in human colon cancer cells of dimethoxyphenyldihydropyrazolylnaphthalenol derivatives.
