An additive for increasing toughness of marble glue is one or more of R-(C 6 H 4 )-CH 3 OH, R-O-(CH 2 ) 2 -O-(CH 2 ) 2 -OH,R-O-CH 2 -CH(OH)-CH 3 and R-O-(CH 2 ) 2 -OH, wherein R is hydrogen or alkyl. The ratio of the content of the additive to the content of unsaturated polyester resin in the marble resin is 0.5 weight%-10 weight%. The added of the additive is increasing the toughness of the existing marble glue, inhibiting the generation of craze, making mechanical performance better and binding intensity higher. Simultaneously, the added of the additive is improving the "ice production" of the existing marble glue and reducing the cost of the existing marble glue. |
