The invention relates to a supporting structure for bridge superstructures of cable-stayed bridges, comprising crossmembers which are suspended on oblique cables, wherein the supporting structure is composed of wood at more than 50% and is formed by supporting elements which are placed on top of each other, side by side and behind each other and are connected to one another in a shear-resistant manner. The upper part of the support structure is designed in such a manner that the support structure lies with said upper part on the crossmembers (4), wherein said upper part of the support structure is configured as a continuous support and transmits the vertical forces perpendicular to the crossmembers (4). The lower part of the support structure is arranged in the plane of the crossmembers (4), abutting them in the longitudinal direction and transmitting the horizontal forces to them. |
