The dough processing device comprises a portioning device (3) with a delivering unit (12) for delivering portioned dough pieces (2), a device (4) for transporting and/or for processing the portioned dough pieces delivered from the delivering unit, contactless processing means (14) for removing the portioned dough pieces from delivering unit, a device for shaping the portioned dough pieces in which transporting of the dough pieces is horizontally carried out from the delivering unit or the portioning device to the shaping device and/or without falling motion. The dough processing device comprises a portioning device (3) with a delivering unit (12) for delivering portioned dough pieces (2), a device (4) for transporting and/or for processing the portioned dough pieces delivered from the delivering unit, contactless processing means (14) for removing the portioned dough pieces from delivering unit, a device for shaping the portioned dough pieces in which transporting of the dough pieces is horizontally carried out from the delivering unit or the portioning device to the shaping device and/or without falling motion, for shaping the portioned dough pieces. The processing means comprises a compressed air nozzle, a fluid nozzle, and a device for moistening the portioned dough pieces and/or walls of the delivering device with oil and is arranged below the delivering unit and/or before or near to a delivering opening of the delivering unit. The delivering unit comprises a dough portioning shaft with a dough portioning chamber. The shaping device is arranged upstream to a feeder belt that horizontally delivers the dough pieces from the portioning device or delivering unit and/or without falling motion, to a transport belt.
