The present invention relates to an air conditioner (1) mountable on a chair that is mounted on the rear side of a chair back rest (L). The air conditioner includes: a body (10) having mounting members (11) adapted to be mountable on the rear side of the chair back rest (L); a cool and hot air producing part (20) disposed inside the body (10) so as to produce cool air and hot air therefrom; a blower (30) connected to the lower periphery of the cool and hot air producing part (20) so as to generate wind therefrom; a controller (40) having an MCU controlling the air conditioner (1); and a blowing pipe (50) having an outlet hole (54) on which a sensor for sensing a user′s sitting is disposed, wherein the air conditioner can select the cool air and hot air according to the user′s need, can be detachably mounted on the chair back rest conveniently, and can be turned on and off automatically to reduce an amount of power consumed unnecessarily. |
