The present invention relates to a cutter for a tobacco filling device and, particularly, to a cutter with an improved cutting function and durability for a tobacco filling device, wherein the cutter easily cuts tobacco leaves and stably maintains cutting function even after being used for a long time. The cutter for a tobacco filling device comprises: a bottom plate (12) which is disposed on the top plane of an induction guide (103) formed at one side of a body (100) and is made of stainless steel material through press processing; and a top plate (11) which is disposed on a moving guide (101) bonded to a body (100) in order to be movable in a position facing the bottom plate (12) and is made of stainless steel material through press processing. By the movement of the moving guide (101), the top plate (11) and the bottom plate (12) meet each other so that tobacco fed through a feeding hole are cut. |
