PURPOSE: A flexible coupling for a power transmission shaft is provided to smoothly absorb vibration and shock and prevent from being damaged in high rotation and high load conditions by improving the rigidity and durability of a diaphragm member without thickening the diaphragm member. CONSTITUTION: A flexible coupling (50) for a power transmission shaft comprises a first joint part (20), a second joint part (30), and a diaphragm (40). The first joint part is connected to a power transmission shaft (10). The second joint part is connected to a relative device. The diaphragm movably connects the first joint part to the second joint part from a space between them. The diaphragm includes a curved part (44) of which surface is curved in order to increase the rigidity. |
