PURPOSE: A PCR(Polymerase Chain Reaction) primer for detecting Phytophthora sp., and a detection kit and a detection method using the same are provided to quickly and accurately detect Phytophthora sp. CONSTITUTION: An oligonucleotide contains a base sequence among sequence number 4-25. A primer set for detecting Phytophthora sp. contains the nucleotide. The primer set further contains a DNA intercalating fluorescent, phosphorescent, or a radioactive substance.
