The present invention relates to a combination type scintillator panel which includes a substrate, a reflection layer, a scintillator layer, and an oxide layer for penetration. The substrate transmits X-rays. The reflection layer is formed on the substrate, transmits the X-rays, and reflects visible rays. The scintillator layer is formed on the reflection layer and changes the X-rays into the visible rays. And, the oxide layer seals the scintillator layer, transmits the visible rays, and prevents moisture penetration. |
