The present invention relates to a bioactive peptides derived from natural products having inhibition activity of an angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE). According to the present invention described above, by providing peptides separated and refined from duck skin and having amino acid sequences of Trp-Tyr-Pro-Ala-Ala-Pro and the uses thereof, pharmaceutical compositions for preventing or treating hypertension with no side effects as being derived from natural products and heath functional food for preventing or improving hypertension can be provided.
