A balancing and cooling module for a motor according to one embodiment of the present invention includes: an insulator unit which has a coil receiving unit for inserting a coil; a balancing and fan member which is composed of a balancing part for balancing the motor and a fan part for supplying external air to the coil, and is combined with a rotation shaft of the motor; and a housing into which the balancing and fan member is inserted, wherein, the housing has an air path in which the external air is guided to the coil by the balancing and fan member.
