PURPOSE: A device for measuring the torque of a fastener by an automatic coupling is provided to freely move a fastening unit fixing unit where a fastening unit is fixed to an X-axis and a Y-axis, thereby coupling a fastener by accurately adjusting a central axis of the fastener. CONSTITUTION: A device for measuring the torque of a fastener by an automatic coupling comprises a frame(4), a fastening part fixing unit(8), a fastener coupling and decoupling unit(10), a torque sensor(46), and a data collecting and processing unit(200). The frame is orthogonally fixed to a base(2). The fastening part fixing unit installed in the base fixes a fastening part(6) which is an opposite part where a fastener is coupled. The fastener coupling and decoupling unit is installed in the frame and couples or decoupling the fastener to the fastening part with a driving force of a driving device(38). The torque sensor measures the torque of the fastener when coupling and decoupling the fastener. The data collecting and processing unit calculates a moving distance per each rotation of the fastener when coupling the fastener while collecting a torque value measured by the torque sensor. |
