The present invention relates to a system for issuing a discount coupon and making a reservation reflecting real-time store conditions. A plurality of store servers and store management servers are connected to each other through a network. The store server includes a real-time search unit for checking a number of available services of a store, and an information input unit for sending, to the store management server, reservation information including discount information. The store management server includes: a reservation amount calculation unit for calculating a number of available reservations using reservation information and a number of available services, which are received from the store server; a reservation availability information providing module for combine the location information of a user with store information based on a number of available reservations to create reservation availability information; and a coupon issuing unit for issuing a coupon from reservation availability information according to a request of a user connected through a network and transmitting the coupon to the user.
