PURPOSE:To cheaply obtain a hot dipped steel sheet with superior bendability by hot finish rolling a steel of a predetermined compsn. in a predetermined temp. range, followed by coiling, cold rolling, soaking at above a predetermined temp. and hot dipping. CONSTITUTION:A steel consisting of C<=0.05%, Mn<=0.5%, Si<=0.02%, P<=0.03% S<=0.03% and the balance Fe is hot rolled, finish rolled in the temp. range of the A1-A3 points, and coiled at above 650 deg.C. This plate is then cold rolled, soaked at above the A1 point in a continuous annealing furnace, and subsequently hot dipped. By this method the title sheet is manufactured cheaply and easily because addn. of a special element and heat treatment after hot dipping are made unnecessary. |
