<p>Hybrid adhesive (A) comprises at least one polycondensation adhesive, at least one polyaddition adhesive, and at least one particle, preferably a nanoparticle with a size of less than 500 nm, where the particle is modified with at least a silicon compound (AA). Hybrid adhesive (A) comprises at least one polycondensation adhesive, at least one polyaddition adhesive, and at least one particle, preferably a nanoparticle with a size of less than 500 nm, where the particle is modified with at least a silicon compound (AA) of formula (R aSiX ( 4 - a )) (I), or (O bX c(OH) dR eSiO ( 4 - b - c - d - e ) / 2) (II). X : H, OH or a hydrolyzable group consisting of halo, alkoxy, carboxy, amino, monoalkylamino or dialkylamino, aryloxy, acyloxy or alkylcarbonyl; R : a nonhydrolyzable organic group comprising alkyl, aryl, alkenyl, alkynyl or cycloalkyl (all optionally substituted and interrupted by -O- or -NH-), where R exhibits at least one functional group Q comprising epoxy, hydroxy, ether, amino, monoalkylamino, dialkylamino, optionally substituted anilino, amide, carboxy, alkinyl, acryl, acryloxy, methacryl, methacryloxy, mercapto, cyano, alkoxy, isocyanato, aldehyde, alkylcarbonyl, acid anhydride and/or phosphoric acid group; a : 1-3, preferably 1; b-d : 0 or 1; and e : 1-3. Independent claims are included for: (1) the preparation of (A), comprising either introducing the particle in a dispersion or suspension of the polyaddition adhesive, adding (AA) and optionally a polymerization initiator, adding at least a second compound, which is different from (AA), optionally adding at least a catalyst, preferably an acid, and mixing the obtained dispersion with the polycondensation adhesive, or mixing at least two different compounds of (AA), adding the particle to the mixture and optionally adding at least a catalyst, preferably an acid, adding the polycondensation adhesive and subsequently adding the polyaddition adhesive; and (2) producing a wood panel, comprising preparing wood chips from suitable timber, cutting hogged woods to wood chip or wood fibers, intermediately storing wood chip or wood fibers, preferably in silos or bunkers, drying, sorting and screening the wood chips or wood fibers according to the size of the wood chips or wood fibers, optionally further mincing the wood chips or wood fibers, introducing the wood chips or wood fibers on a conveyor belt by wind and/or litter sifting, and compressing wood chips or wood fibers disposed on the conveyor belt, where (A) is added before, during and/or after one of the cutting step to compressing step.</p> |
