FIELD: transport.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to plastic fuel tank. Plastic fuel tank comprises noise reducing baffle and interference sections for elimination of tank strains in case pressure lower than barometric pressure is applied thereto. Said interference sections extend inside the tank from its top and bottom surfaces and are arranged opposite each other and at present spacing. One of said sections is composed of a part of fixing bar that secures said baffle to tank wall. Said fixing bar can be locked at tank wall. Proposed method consists in shaping the blank to fuel tank, blank cooling and solidification, making the bar with slot and foot with spider-like clamp. Then, said baffle is inserted in fixing bar slot, assembly including said baffle, fixing bar and cover being fitted via opening into said tank. Spider clamp is fitted in dovetail-like element.EFFECT: decreased noise, resistance to effects of vacuum.10 cl, 3 dwg |
