The present invention relates to novel mannosidase derived from microorganisms in intestines of Ptecticus tenebrifer, a gene coding the mannosidase, a recombinant vector including the gene, and a transformant transformed by the recombinant vector. The recombinant mannosidase is mass-produced by the present invention for using in agricultural and food industries and increasing an economic effect of the mannosidase. |
