A graphene nanoribbon sensor is disclosed. The sensor comprises: a substrate; a graphene layer formed on the substrate in a first direction; and an upper dielectric layer arranged on the graphene layer; wherein the graphene layer comprises: multiple electrode sections separated from each other in the first direction and a channel section arranged between the multiple electrode sections.
