PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that to match the specifications of both height adjustment type headrest and fixed-type headrest between the same vehicle models requires the change of stays or the like of the headrests because the stays of the headrests and the headrest holders are structurally greatly different in the height adjustment type and the fixed-type headrests.SOLUTION: At least an operating knob 14 is unreleasably covered with a guard cap 16 as a separate body held on the head 12a of the headrest holder 12. In other words, the guard cap 16 has a nearly dome shape entirely covering the exposed surface of the headrest holder head 12a, and has an insertion hole 32 aligning with a headrest holder stay insertion hole 30 and permitting the stay 24 to be inserted on the top face. The guard cap is fixedly locked with the head 12a of the headrest holder by a hook piece 34 partially provided at the lower end of the guard cap. |
