<p>The base (6) has a gas pocket (1) including a first part (11) located behind an anti-sub mucking bulge (2). A second part (12) of the pocket is arranged to be raised above the bulge when the first part is compressed between the bulge and a pelvis (4) of a passenger in the base of a vehicle seat in the case of frontal impact. The pocket is filled with gas in the absence of frontal impact. The second part is partly located above the bulge to receive the bulge. A third part (13) of the pocket is extended behind the pelvis of the passenger in the absence of frontal impact.</p> |
