摘要 Suggested are a method and an apparatus for ultralow phase noise oscillation for lowering the phase noise of an electronic signal source. According to the embodiment, a laser beam pulse is generated by using a mode-locked laser using a nonlinear polarization rotation. A phase difference between an external voltage control oscillator and the generated laser beam pulse is detected. After that, the detected phase difference is feed-backed to the external voltage control oscillator. The phase noise of the external voltage control oscillator follows an optical pulse of ultralow phase noise.
