METHOD FOR THE DETERMINATION OF CHLOROPYRAMINE HYDROCHLORIDE BY GAS-LIQUID CHROMATOGRAPHY

Disclosed is a method for the determination of chloropyramine hydrochloride by gas-liquid chromatography according to preset temperature program. Mixture of 5%-diphenyl-95%-dimethyl polysiloxane, HP-5 0.25 µm is used as a stationary liquid phase, and column temperature is linearly programmed in such a way: for 5 min. followed by temperature increment up to with rate of per min.; temperature increment from 200 to with rate of per min. and maintaining at level of for 6 min., and the temperature of evaporator and detector doesn’t exceed .
