<p>The gear box (BV) has a synchronization device (E1) intended to be coupled to or decoupled from a pinion (E2) by driving in translation and/or rotation. The synchronization device includes a disk (P1) having a magnetic polarity, and the pinion includes a washer (P2) having another magnetic polarity to maintain the disk closely pressed against the washer when the synchronization device is decoupled from the pinion, where the magnetic polarities of the disk and the washer are permanent.
