<p>The present invention relates to a motor drive device, a motor drive control method, and a motor using the same. The motor drive device according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises a back electromotive force detection unit, a slope calculation unit, and a control unit. The back electromotive force detection unit detects back electromotive force of a motor device. The slope calculation unit calculates the slope of the detected back electromotive force. The control unit calculates a zero-crossing point of the back electromotive force by using the slope, and controls the driving of the motor device by using the calculated zero-crossing point.
