A method for automated appraisal of property and property rights value wherein collection and processing of data on appraisal object and identification of appraisal object. Data on appraisal object are obtained by means of long-distance communication facility, and entered to automated data processing system. The identification of object and related rights is carried out. Analysis of probable limitations and conditions that can accompany appraisal prosecution and results thereof is made. Technical approaches, methods and appraisal procedures relevant to appraisal purpose and appraisal basis are selected, selected approaches, methods and procedures are applied, and calculations are made using systems of automated data processing and/or systems of automated value appraisal. If several approaches are used the calculation results obtained by different approaches are reconciled, valuation report is formed in automated mode, including conclusion on appraisal object value and other elements of report. |
