摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of elevators under control whose operation is stopped during the occurrence of long-period shaking of a building.SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, an elevator group management control device includes: a shaking detector 7 which outputs a shaking detection level signal when the shaking of a building occurs, and when the shaking of a long object of an elevator reaches a shaking level of 1, 2 or 3 (1<2<3); a resonance floor registration section 22a which stores a resonance floor resonating with the shaking of the building; shaking level recognition means 232 which recognizes the shaking level from the shaking detection level signal; allocation car restriction means 233 which designates an elevator car not recognizing the shaking level of 2 or more as a landing call allocation candidate for all floors, which, when there is an elevator recognizing the shaking level of 2, designates the resonance floor as a landing call allocation exclusion candidate and a non-resonance floor as a landing call allocation candidate, and which designates an elevator car recognizing the shaking level of 3 as a landing call allocation exclusion candidate for all floors; and car determination means 235 which determines a landing call response car out of allocation candidate elevators in response to a landing call registration.
